Thank you for the overwhelming amount of feedback and testing during the Fractures in Time PTR cycles it has been instrumental to development of the Mage updates. The intent with these tuning changes is not to disrupt the current flow, playstyles, or talent builds that have arisen with the updates but rather keep the relative balance and breakdown of abilities similar as the are now but with just a bit less output. Which in turn, should make it easier for us to continue to iterate on tuning based on internal and external testing as the Fractures in Time PTR continues to develop. Due to this, in the latest build we are reducing the damage of many of their spells to get us a better baseline to work from for the two specs. While some gain in power is to be expected due to these changes, their current tuning has them quite a bit higher than we intend. Rewind now rewinds 40% of damage taken in the last 5 seconds (was 50%).Įxhilarating Burst now increases critical healing effectiveness by an additional 30% per rank (was 15%).ĭevelopers’ note: After several rounds of updates to the Fire and Frost talent trees, each tree has seen a significant boost in power which in turn has put their overall throughput quite a bit higher than their live counterparts. Mastery: Timewalker grants Shifting Sands to 1 ally (was 2). Here are the notes for this week’s update to the Fractures in Time PTR: The highlight is the addition of cross-realm item and gold trading, but we also have a great many class changes once more, covering 8 classes, PvP adjustments, UI improvements and more! It's really great to see the community take up an addon after its creator leaves, and even if it's not quite up to its previous standard yet, it will receive even more fixes! And if you're looking for even more table addons, there's Covenant Mission Helper, which evaluates your win chances and re-arranges only your troops. Update: If you're having trouble finding where to download it head to the releases section on the right, just click here. Gaboros and a few other players have taken it upon themselves to continue work on the addon, to fix the new patch additions and seem to have been successful! With Soul Cinder missions now also appearing, the Command table has gotten a lot of its importance back as well. Unfortunately however, its creator is currently taking a break and addon features didn't work for patch 9.1 missions, but we do have some help for that! The Venture Plan addon, which adds many features and revamps the UI for Command table missions, has been extremely popular with players since Shadowlands launched.
